Just now while on the trip to the post office at Plaza Mont Kiara it was pouring oh so heavily...
the main street filled with muddy yellow water. Luckily my mom parked her car at high levels..and we stared at the drivers who decided to brave the flood and drove their vehicles across. A few observations :
1. the kancil made it thru d flooded stretch
2. the mercedes didnt
3. the proton saga did
4. the van didnt
5. the motorbike made it
6. ANOTHER mercedes din.

Conclusion: Mercedes cannot pass thru flooded stretches without experiencing break-downs.

Hehe..two out of two mercedes is like 100% rate that the engine will kaput at high waters =P
Yea i guess I stood there a long time luking at the jam building up and the cars breaking down =P Cos i had nth to do and nowhere to go =) Waited half an hour, about there till the rain and then the waters receeded =P

So cute...Wish I saw a baby sea turtle tho =) Hehe.

Anyway..ppl..pray for Ju Liang, whos been diagnosed with advanced level leukemia. To think I was just talking to him a few weeks ago..during SAT 1, and he seemed pretty fine then. If i can get transport I'll go visit him at the hosp =)

Today went out to Sunway Pyramid afta dropping by Taylors to get d rest of my teacher evaluation forms =) Ok now my stuff is complete just that I have to start doin all the stupid essays required by each uni =P Damn lazy lar. Prob do it next week. But then next mon theres undang test..then er..tues overnite at hui lynn's ..maybe movie afta dat...left 3 weekdays to slot over essays..can lah i guess. When i have the motivation i guess i can go real fast =) And anyway i dun think u have to use those reli flowery language in writing these essays, ,basically ure just giving a picture of who you are to the admin of the uni ure applying to. And anyway ure just 17/18 so ure reli not expected to write a thesis. Right? :)

Hehe...Bought a reli nice navy blue jersey and Went to watch Perhaps Love. Hmm.. oklar the music..quite nice =) but the story..din reali understand =) they shud have made it reli touching n stuff..n not jump here n there..watch till kepala oso pening. =P

Just got back from a wonderful WONDERFUL penang trip...And suffering from missing people illness..i always get that afta having a good time. Haha. Today was SUCH a gruelling day...The first time i EVER sat for a 4 hour plus paper in one go man....also known as the SAT. on a saturday, too. So sat the SAT on sat. ooooh =P

Right after that was feeling kinda head-bursting adi...wanted to go home and SLEEp the whole day away like a pig..then mom said go to the popular warehouse sale in summit first, since adi in Subang Jaya..so oklar...since im a book lover.. =)

Bought tons and tons of books..and cookbooks..^^ and the 'Love actually' vcd!!! =D The show i wanted to watch but somehow did not because M'sia banned it here...I think.

Today my uncle called...his son..my cousin, just fin his SPM..and my uncle was like telling my mom, " why your daughter EVERYDAY exam one?!" Man, I also dunno. Now to think of it, yea, I've been having exams all year round..exams and class tests...omg man..I so need a break.

I just watched the 4400 ^^ I think very soon its goin to replace ALIAS as my fave show =P Of cos i still LOVE ALIAS =) I still think Jennifer Garner shud be with Michael Vartan * sticks out tongue * Cos i like seeing them together, Ha. And omg ALIAS is goin to stop after FIVE seasons......So sad...They were planning 8 seasons. Sheesh. I still think its good. Awesomely good. Same goes for the 4400 ^^ Hehehe.

Yesterday I was one of those desperate girls lining up to get a free CLEO goodie bag =P The line went all the way out into the road ahahha...but the free ice blended coffee bean mocha alone was worth it ^^ My favourite coffee =D

Today attempted to memorize some SAT vocab...oklar it wasnt that bad, cos my underground SAT book made it pretty interesting =) Only did the words under A and B today...omg man, d test oni like 5 days away...gah. Not to mention my oh so considerate maths teacher is having an integration test this tuesday ( Integration!!! I've forgotten all of the A2 work!! My brain needs to rest after AS!! *grumble grumble) My audacity to procrastinate amazes me =)

Today was at this health fair at pwtc...gosh u'd never imagine the TONNES of health products there are...and so many brands! I did this pretty cool eye power correction thing, which u luk into d machine for 15 min, and reli my power went down..but u have to buy d machine to make it an everyday thing, and only will ure power return to normal and stay normal. Not bad i say. Quite interesting =)

Then there was this scan ure bone density thing, which im not sure whether it was accurate onot...cos usually ppl scan d leg bone, this one used sound waves at the finger bone..wats it called again..fibia?tibullia? Hrm. Cant rmb. :) Anyway, the gal in front of me was -3.5..which is osteoporosis..and mine was -2.5...ostoponiea!! is that how you spell that? =P geez. Must be wrong, cos everyone oso minus value.

Today was the last day of AS =D after the last last last last bio paper, d whole class (almost) went off to one u :)to watch harry potter and the goblet of fire! =D Can't say I'm a fan of harry potter movies but this one was quite good, the effects and all =) altho it was quite annoying cos they cut out quite a lot of parts. In the end cho chang oni appeared like 5 min..so i dun see wats the whole commotion of katie leung playing cho chang:P watched d movie sharing jacket with jx hehe...yea it was dat cold in d cinema =)

After the movies...the class gave shirley, jx and me a birthday surprise!!! =D so sweet of you guys....and darray too for belanjaing me movie ticket :) hehe :) Thanks all of you :)walked around summore then went home, blast some music, come online, just to find out that ying's back! omg! i din even noe she coming back in november...i tot mid dec..hehe =P well call me up soon yea! =D

Today my smaller pet turtle died. *sniff* I had it for 5 years plus adi...and it was always so cute and was the more timid one compared to the bigger one...dunno why it died...sigh. Death is soo morbid. =(

Shall go get another companion for my other pet turtle.

Today i saw surgeons performing a kneecap operation via tv. They drilled into d bone and cut out a big chunk of muscle n adipose tissue using some metal saw and fixed on some metallic thing. It was pretty nauseating =P But can tahan lah i guess.

I wonder why piano sheets are soooo expensive. Just a few songs from Jim Brickman and it costs like RM 69.90. I can buy better stuff with that money.

Just fin typing school stuff for mom and painstakingly switched on my slow-dying-desktop and scanned in all d diagrams. Phew =) So now its all printed out and im feelin rather accomplished:P

Hmm i can be VERY sensitive sometimes =P Not the type that accepts criticism very gracefully =P But will always try to accept it, and think about it later =P

A rather eventful week so far :

Monday - Went to HELP during lunchtime, had a brief meet with my busy guy for a few minutes before going off for lunch at Bangsar via Tat Wei's car. What with lunch at 3.00pm, all of us were famished. Hui Lynn joined Tat Wei, Me, Sara, and Jia for lunch and all of us were greatly entertained by jia and his jokes =) Tat Wei was so sweet to drop me back at HELP, where i visited LAB 2 and had a glimpse of Kang's physics project, which seems quite interesting. At about 5, went home via kennard's car..and the rest of the day was just spent doing usual home stuff.

Tues - Ice cream outing with Jia Xin and Yuen! =) We went for baskin robbins afta idling around one u walkin up and down new wing a few times....seriously baskin robbins is delicious =) try d erm..i cant remember d name, sth maui brownie choc =P Really chocolatey and yummy. Rum Raisin wasnt bad too:) It was a super fun outing, im sure everyone's moods lifted afta that outing. Thanks for the transport yuen:)

Wed - Yuen's 18th Birthday. He was so sweet to organize a birthday dinner, on his treat, completed with a real nice chocolatey brownie at d end. Took a few pictures, which i'll post up later. Company was good, with harold being the main conversationalist =P Naturally, we were the noiseist table, receiving complaints and glares from the other tables, and we went all hush-hush for a ...few minutes. Not surprising:P The food was really good, thanks yuen for dinner:) And happy birthday =)

Thurs - What turned out to be another boring day at home was changed when i came online at 9 sth in d morning. Tat Wei offered to fetch me to HELP ( I tell you, this guy's really sweet:) ) where i briefly met up with cj before meeting chris :) I miss chris hehe. We had a really nice chat, before he had to go to class at 11, and i went to the library to read up on SAT. I really must do sth about my plans for the future. After chatting with chris..i feel that i will most probably end up in Singapore. But of course i'll try to apply for other countries too. But Sg seriously aint bad lah. Cheap and good. Stress, let it be, nth much u can do about it. Pui Ee and Kang then came to luk for me for 15 minutes, before i went off with chris again, this time to KFC. Ate half a mashed potato and a spoon of coleslaw =P, before gettin tat wei's call to go home. Thank you tat wei. You really made everything possible today.

On a diff note, sumtimes i feel that im a burden to the ppl around me, and i never wanted it to be that way, if i made mistakes, and got people stressed, I'm sorry, cos i never meant to trouble anyone else. If im a bit slow in doing stuff, and indecisive or anything, maybe cos i always do stuff like that, but in the end everything'll work out fine. Sometimes i feel rather useless...but it'll only be temporary. I hope la.

I now have a SHORT fringe *bursts into tears* Sniff. Thought i'd layer my hair nicely on sunday, but then decided to cut my fringe by a bit and due to miscomunication ended up with a short fringe. *grumble grumble* Currently listening to lifehouse's album, and its not bad =) Maybe cos i like d lead singer's voice (husky but able to sing?!) I personally love you and me and blind =) awesome stuff.

Anyway, been planning to try and play chopin's fantasie impromptu, does anyone have d piece can pinjam to me? =) thanks! And richard clayderman's lymphaard melody ( tho can roughly play it out by hearin but still want d full piece =P )

Just returned from a wonderful party - Jin Soon's belated 18th. The company was awesome...and that itself made the whole party a party to remember. The atmosphere was just happyfying =P, with jia's jokes, all d pictures, jin soon's speech, the bday song, and another bday song in tgif, and a bday rap from d tgif staff....everyone just got satiated with happiness :P a happy high =P haha. Last Sat, I attended this UK education fair held in the KL convention centre, hoping to clear up some of my "what do i wanna be in the future" questions, but instead came out of the fair with even more choices than what I had in the first place.

So many courses and so many choices of places to go, each with its own conditions and certain requirements that you have to meet. Sometimes you wonder what uni life would be like...Would it be as fun as the life I'm leading now? Or even better? What would the people be like over there? It's like a whole new start...Where everyone that you know now each embark on their own journey to sculpt their own future. Inevitably, old bonds will be left behind and forgotten, and new bonds formed, whereas some bonds will stand the test of time :D

I guess the best thing to do for now is to excel in my A-levels..and see where this leads me too.

1. I turned down a trip to genting.
2. I turned down a trip to Malacca
3. I did not skip my one o' clock maths class yesterday
4. I brought maths to do when I went out for a movie( coz i had buy 1 free one vouchers, if not i wudnt have gone out at all ) :P

First of all, a big THANK YOU goes out to yuen for taking the bother to send me back home today. I know that I can be a big bother sometimes, so I feel very much blessed to have a gang of close friends who will sometimes go the extra mile for me, despite all the bullying =P

Spent my afternoon at TTDI today afta havin a late lunch at Hartamas Shopping Ctr. By the way, just for those paddington house of pancakes fans out there, the paddington house of pancakes in hartamas shoppin ctr is offerin 30% off its menu provided you order a main dish. And the offer's till tomorrow. :)

TP, Yuen and PK were working on their phy project, which i think isn't bad at all. Quite interesting =) the calculations could be a bit of a headache, though, but I enjoyed cuttin the balsa wood =D Well, good luck to them. =)

One fine day a flock of Influenza virus hovered around Taylor's College looking for a victim to infect and spotted Phoebe and thought: aha this gal hit a blue-green insect and made it curl up dat day..she shall be the next victim..muahaha. And so these microscopic viruses invaded her system, easily going through her body's non-specific immune response.But. Got caught up in her specific immune response :D

As her body detected the presence of pathogens, macrophages(Antigen Presenting Cells, APC) then ingested these bacteria, cutting them up into small small pieces and presented them on their cell surface membranes in grooves within MHC proteins via the antigen presentation process. Inside lymph nodes, APC cells then joined with T-helper and B cells, before selecting a particular T helper cell or B cell which has antibody receptors specific for the antigen. This process is called clonal selection. Professional Development Day = Holiday =:P

One-day holiday today! :) Thank goodness for the holiday...and i went to HELP around 1sth afta photostating sum bio past year ques and having kuey teow and dim sum at Ming's Palace in BSC with dad and grandma.

Dad dropped me off at Wisma Help and i paid a visit to the HELP library which contains a wide selection of mainly....law, accounting, socio books. Flipped through Biological Science for a while...before meeting up with Kang, Jin Soon, Zi, Sher, Tat Wei...miss them so much lar.

After that went to one u to watch The Island!! =) Rather interesting and thought-provoking movie, like, it gives u a glimpse of what might happen if cloning were allowed to supply organs to those who can afford it. Lots of car chases, and bashing ups of really really expensive cars...All in all, a 2hr plus movie worth watching =)

An amazing insect that flew into my house dat day...its bluish green!!!! ive never seen a bluish green insect before:) and it looks like a bee ;D a bluish green sorta like a bee insect!!!!! :D interesting:P ....of coz i let it go afta taking a few pics of it :D

Now in school hopping around blogs and came across sher's blog...And found out that Jia's down with a bad, bad viral fever. =( I pray that he'll get well very very soon and be up and hopping around in no time =) God Bless and Get Well Soon, Jia Liang!! =D

Contact lenses!!!!

Whoo hoo first time putting on contact lenses =D

A softlens comfort bus stopped by in taylors these 2 days to promote their contact lenses by giving out free trial lenses, and so afta skul yest where i had a lot of time to kill i went to try it on =D

I spent a total of 45 min trying to put those two lenses into my eye :P first time user ma =P I went with yinn cher and soo han, soo han did it pretty quick in 20 min, whereas yinn cher and i sat there lukin at the mirror poking our eyes for 45 min :P
It was quite a triumphant moment when we got it in both eyes =P haha.

For me it was quite ok...i din feel uncomfy or anyth..perhaps i mite start using contact lenses instead of walking around without specs and squinting at faraway objects =D

Whadda Day.

Morn 5 sth woke up suddenly coz it was so darn cold... even with the blanky on was still so cold..so tried to go back to slp but cudnt, at 615 had to get up:P

Followed daily schedule..reached taylors at 730...luk at maths a bit...coz 2nd period maths test..then went for phy class. Kinda interesting..about gravitational forces :D Maths test was hellish.Well, if i din make a mistake at d first part in the 2nd ques which was brought fwd throughout the whole long ques, maybe i wud have scored, coz i noe how to do. So the last part of d 2nd ques had to factorise the cubic equation...and i realized it cudnt be factorized =P then i checked first part..uh oh din put negative sign...and went AAAA OMG and started panicking and brain switched on to full speed. =D i can work under stress muahaha. But i shan't say too much in case this test results comes back with a red letter on it =P And so. My 2nd part of the 3rd ques, where u had to do binomial expansion like mad with taking out and times the equations in it plus sth blablabla...of coz i din have enuff time:P

Next lesson was thinking skills. So we went in thinking we can just sit back and relax while the teacher talks in front. Who noes we were greeted with " Everyone of you did so badly in your last exercise im goin to give you a test now" OMG.After dat my brain was like goin to go pfft =P thank goodness it was break =)

The lessons afta dat werent so bad =) During maths i learnt that NEXT MON IS A HOLIDAY!!!! YAY!!!! =D =D so happy...i can visit places..muahaha =D Missing so many ppl la...the HELP friends....kang...:P hehe.:) Afta class went library did headaching trigo ques and when i was browsing the book shelves for chem books, suddenly this guy comes up.

Weekend Update.

What a lovely weekend. Started with going to Ying's afta school on Friday for overnight, a super full-of-sports- activities Saturday, and a ...rather memorable Sunday, ending with a wonderful dinner at Ying's and tennis after. A day of firsts, like, I touched the tennis racquet for the first time!! =D I played tennis for the first time =D I can now serve the ball =P And hit the tennis ball. *applause* =P

What i did not expect was Harold's sweet post =P I too have many people in my life that I will never forget, that have played a significant role in my life, who have shared my ups and downs, pointed out my faults and on the whole made me a better person =) The list of people is so long, mainly, Ying, Harold, Kang, PK, TP, Sing Ping, Jin Soon, Jia Xin, Joel, Allan, Zhou Hau, Chang Jin, Chris, Jess, Josh, Hui Lynn, David, AND....the list goes on =) Some of them I might have fallen out of touch with, but yea. These ppl i will nv forget =)

i HATE it when I put in effort in sumthing and another person regards it as 'poor effort'. Today was such a shitty day. Kena blasted by teachers.

In the things I do, Im not like, most ppl ,they strive to come out tops in everything. For me, When i do stuff, I do my best in the things i want to, and the results, as long as they are satisfactory, they are enough for me. SOme ppl mite disagree with me, but *shrugs* i seriously dun care.

My results. I would say they're OK. Enough for me. GOod enuff for this term.3As, phy 64 which is a C, and bloody 55 for TKS. Yea, maaybe i cant think, as sum ppl mite say, but that's besides the point. My physics. I think i put in enuff effort, and my results are like satisfactory to me for this term, coz i reli din understand wat the teacher was teachin at all. I'll continue this slow process and ensure i get a high A for the finals.

Doing sth and in the end being not regarded for the effort or sth sorta dampens the motivation to do more. For the time being. I'm just feeling indignant.

Went to One U to catch Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy today =)

Company was good, with Kang, me, Ying, PK, Harold, TP. Reached one u at like 1115 after picking up Ying and TP. Before the movie, walked around one u (with HY and PK having towels draped on their shoulders =) ), before having lunch at the food court =P But generally the food there Aint That Bad...its still better than some stalls i noe. But of coz im not dat picky about food. Actually, I'd rather go to the food court than go to some high classy western place like TGIF...coz mainly im not dat fond of western meals such as steak and chips =D Health-conscious =P

Had a game of bowling before going for the movie, it was so fun =) I think that well, its pretty ez to score if u drop like a 14 ball in the middle of the lane =D But i din try dat tho =P hehe. Still remember how Jian Ping walked up with a 14 ball in hand and dropped it in d middle of the lane and scored a strike =D All the memories :)

Movie was generally good, but wud have been much more interesting if i had read the book beforehand =)

Another memorable, fun and sweet day, and i cant believe that my hols is now over and i have to go back to skul. *grumble grumble* Hols dun count if ure down with food poisoning for like 5 days. or was it four. i cant remember =) I dun want to =)

Oh well, back to school. Joyyyy.

I'm recovered!!! Well and healthy again!! *beams around happily* Thanks for all the 'get well soon' wishes =) It's such a blessing to be able to eat and drink with an appetite, without having stomach upsets or a gassy stomach or...urgh. Wat an unpleasant experience =) I hope i'll never have to go thru dat again. =) Weight's gone down 2-3kg..haha...ive nv been this light since.......f3? f4? =)

Speaking of weird experiences. Now im online and suddenly im greeted by some online person in my list but i have no idea who. And its weird, coz d person seems to be a classmate of mine, yet doesnt noe im having hols. Hrm. The conversation goes like this.

Ahaha its finally hols afta a bloody long week of studying studying exam exam studying studying exam muahaha.I think that i did quite ok this time...just that made many stupid mistakes.But well, we all learn from making mistakes, and yay exam's over!

After exams went asia cafe celebrate Soo Han's and Hui Ann's bday and had two bday cakes and went one u in Shiv's car and had to bear all of Vivek's godly comments. I seem to be gettin those godly stuff from lotsa ppl =P all these huge egos all =P haha.

Din get JPA, so had to fill in d appeal form clah try my luck =)

At nite was d bbq party. So fun. Reli put me in holiday mood. Met very fun ppl =) haha.Reli nice meetin u guys =) I had lotsa fun.

hahahahaha today my classes ended at 1110 so cool!!! we shud have like teacher's day everyday, and all d classes will be shortened to 35 min each =)Which is so super fun coz time passes super fast =P go into class daydream a while then class over =P

So yea ended at 1110! =) after dat jx n me decided dat we'll go to mv (ahahha yinn cher dunnid u to fetch i oso can go mv =P ) via KTM! =) hehe....so we were like how to go to ktm....its near carrefour....whos so very kind can give us a lift there...then we tot of..nix sun =) btw, thanks SOOOO MUCH nix...we appreciate d lift a lot...and sorry to bother, n take care k...u reli luk very tired.

Afta reachin carrefour,hehe..we then walked to d ktm station =) bought our tickets..had a lil confusion on which platform to go...then hehe sat down and waited for d train to arrive =) which took like 10 min, but nvm, both of us were kinda excited coz it was sorta like an adventure =P

The train came afta 15 min, n we had to go to kl sentral interchange train before reachin mv =) hehe...it was fun taking d train, standing by the door =) I think for like a few min d train like power failure coz d lights went out and d train slowed down for a while =P and jx n i were giving each other weird looks hahahahhahahaha.

Reached kl sentral, i was expecting like once u get out of d train u RUSH to d train dats waiting for u opposite (singapore style) and d train rushes off within minutes. But im in Malaysia. Where u get out of d train and everyone walks slooowly and we realize dat we have to go up and walk a bit and go down to d next next next platform =P hehehhe so both of us rush up n rush down, expecting like d train to be on d verge of doors closing n all....only to find dat we have to wait another 15 MINUTES for d next train to come =P So we stood there and made interesting observations, like each train comes in 20 min intervals, a discussion on why do they put rocks on d railroads...is it to make d railroads luk realistic? =P or maybe to absorb d gegaran =P

Finally reached mv!!!!Where we gotta meet jin soon n kang! =)Actually i tot we wud be spending more time in mv...who noes afta jx n i went to buy mcd's for lunch then jin soon say lets go! then we had to ciao =P hehe..then afta dat....wanted to go to help and meet chris...but if i went help then i wont have transport back..so sorry chris! i'll get to meet u sum other time =) So jin soon sent kang n me back, thanks jin soon!!!!! =) where i got to meet a few of kang's classmates, a very very energetic bunch i tell u. hahahaha nice meeting em =) afta dat they all left n i walked back home n waited outside d door coz mom hadnt came back fr skul yet n i din bring along d key to d house =P thank gdness for headphones =) afta dat mom came back had a nice lovely long long nap ahahahhaha.

JPA interview..damn =P

hahaha damn funny day. JPA interview day. So got woken up by a mosquitoe at six. When i woke up the stress started pouring back again =P Then dad drove me to upm..on d way suddenly his automatic gear box faulty..and d time was 715 n im like uh-oh. But he kept on driving using his fixed 3rd gear anyway..and d car din blow up..thank gdness =)

Reached UPM round 740, and i tell u d signposts for d JPA interview were so SMALL AND TINY AND PLACED ON D FLOOR, so well my dad n me ended up turning round and round in UPM.At 750 we stopped at the admin buildin and i got down and asked the first malay lady i saw in a rather panicky voice: Er do u noe where d JPA interview is? And she points to d buildin and says, its here.And i scurry back to my dad's car and say ah its here, and my dad parks d car behind d buildin n i take my bag and go into d building. Sees the security guard, ask him again wheres d JPA interview and hes like : "Jpa interview?! not here la.*points to d buildin opposite further down* over there."

Time: 755am. I had to be there by 8. Dammit. Got back into dad's car, thankfully car can restart, then off all things dads drive OUT of UPM.Time: 757..and i was like uh oh..then we had to go one round back and start from d entrance again. Hahaha and got keat wei's msg saying where are u?????? 8 am. I reach d place. rush to d place with d crowd...see lists pasted outside, din bother, rushed straight into hall, luckily see keat wei and gang and i heave a sigh of relief =)

Was then given a briefing bout d jpa scholarship...then write a short 150 words essay : u obtained 12a1s in ure spm. ure parents wants u to becum doc, u wanna becum teacher. wat u gonna do?

At 10..then the group discussion started for me. I was lucky to be in d 1st group..can go back early. =) haha..so i was in d room with 6 other ppl. one other chinese gal from erm...forgot where, but shes a debater. haha....well...damn bloody nervours lar, my topic was patriotisme is lacking amongst youths. discuss.haha yea lar i noe damn ez topic but when ure brain really feels like fusing...hahaha. After i talk everytime i'll go wat the hell u talkin gal?! Made up lotsa stuff...like remember in goey he always showed this 'entrapment" video where michelle yeoh acted in..where it was degradin m'sia by showin d twin towers right beside squatter areas...hehe..when asked who do u think d award of (sth patriotisme thing) shud be given to i sed michelle yeoh( coz i remembered d m'sian studies project ) =) and amongst few reasons sed dat she films films within m'sia and this promotes m'sia worldwide as a lovely country to live in. gdness. hahahahhaa.

Well. im glad its all over. I wish i had debate qualities. Oh well i'll juz have to make d best of wat i am =)

Yest was a painful painful day =P esp durin night time =P Here's wat happened in d morn:

Woke up early n went cycling with ying n pk =) Guess not used to cycling uphills...so afta cycling legs wobbly. Was about to go for breakfast and had to walk thru this park where u had to run down d slope first. So ran down d slope..in d middle of it all legs started to feel "collapsy"..cudnt control...so bang hehe fell down..skid on gravel a bit..resultin in 6 wounds all over =)Thanks to ying n pk who helped me up back into d house, and thanks to ying's mom for bandagin up d wounds nicely =)

Last nite's bath was hellish...and d bandages stuck onto d wounds n wudnt come off..so had to pull em off n then d wounds started bleedin again =P N since the wound on d palm had some dirt in it..tried using needle to poke it out..but gave up in d end =P But all's good, coz d wounds dried up overnite =)

So yea, got d call from JPA askin me to go for interview next fri, i guess i'd have to work on my spoken bm, which frankly sucks. So bedtime..gnite ppl.

Been feelin rather lazy to blog nowadays...=P Hence the "going-to-die" blog, if not "already dead" blog. Haha..and its only been like 5 months since i started a blog =P Oh well, its always the case, once u get sth new, u get pretty hyped up about it all, and after some time, the hype u felt in d beginning sorta dies away =P Haha, i WILL try my best to post sth here once in a while =P Tho not many ppl visit this blog animore haha.

Been goin on a westlife frenzy haha =) Have a few of their cds at home, quite recently realized dat they have a lot more other lovely lovely songs that i had no idea of, so hehe....there goes my free disk space on D drive =P

I want to drive. =P Anyone wants to go for undang? haha....Up till now its always been i want to drive..but lazy lah, go for d undang n all d drivin lessons n all n at d end of d day u get so tired till all u wanna do when u get back home is sleep. So, well, if anyone wants to go for undang, pls do call me along =)

Hahaha...Happy April Fool's Day... Supposed to have a 2 hour break today from 11-1 =P,but had a chem class replacement from 11-12 coz everyone wanted to go back early at 2 =)

Darn hungry at 12 =P had rice n milo ice..yum =) Then d whole class gang went to kiosk n bought snacks, where i bought d strawberry flavour rocky biscuits, then we went to sit at d marble bench n talk haha. Then d cat came coz attracted by all d food haha...And Jon spent d next 10 min tryin to lead it away by givin it Twisties hehe.

After that was phy class...again i resisted the temptation to skip class haha =P Good gal =)So till this point, my day was goin really fine without anyone pulling any pranks on me...till my PHYSICS teacher of all ppl. Nearin d end of d lesson, with a serious expression on his face, he sed dat we mite be changin teachers coz he has too many classes adi, wat with the march intake and all. So all of us were like huh?! where can?! then wat bout d other teachers?! Then he was like yea la, lidet la...then it was 12.55..and d class was still like in a commotion lidet. He walked out casually, whilst approachin d door, turned back and say, BY THE WAY, HAPPY APRIL FOOL'S DAY !!!! hahahhahha....all of us kena royally fooled by him man haha.

After dat went to Summit with my mom to spend the 21 bucks voucher in popular..bought a few stationary and stuff...and ate herbal soup noodles again =) yum. Darn LAN test comin up next thurs...hahaha..die adi..i have no idea wat its talkin bout haha. Thinkin skills test postponed to next wed..and i dun see why am i paying 5k for thinking skills haha. Now we're doin ques involving simple arithmethic, and its so...pointless. haha. I still dun see the use of it, even tho Zhou Hau n Tian Ping have been tryin to explain to me haha.

" BARBECUING IS THE PITS
What cud b more fun than an outdoor bbq? I can think of several things offhand, such as watching the secretary of state fall into a vat of untreated sewage. But dat wud prob cause us to go to war in Nicaragua or sumwhere, so I guess we'll have to settle for a bbq.
The bbq was invented more than 80 million yrs ago by Cro-Magnon Man, who was the son of Stephanie Cro and Eric MAgnon, a primitive but liberated couple. Cro-Magnon man used to eat dinosaur meat raw, and it tasted awful, worse than yogurt. One day, while Cro-Magnon Man was eating, lightning set a nearby log on fire. Cro-Magnon Man was so surprised dat he dropped his dinosaur meat onto d fire, where it ignited and gave off a disgusting odor dat drove off all d insects, which in those days were the size of mature eggplants and extremely vicious. So today u are required to use charcoal, a mineral dat forms in torn paper bags in supermarkets. The prob, of coz, is dat charcoal, being a mineral, does not burn. Neither does charcoal lighter fluid. Firemen routinely use charcoal lighter fluid to extinguish major refinery fires.So wat actually heats ure bbq food is matches, hundreds n hundreds of matches dat u heap onto ure charcoal until they form a blaze.
While ure waitin for ure matches to get goin, u shud prepare a tangy bbq sauce.
TANGY BBQ SAUCE RECIPE
1 cup broached onions, 2 liters vanilla abstract, 1/2 pound neat's-foot oil, 2
tablespoons butter or oregano, 1 fresh poltroon, diced.
To prepare: With floured hands, on a floured surface, standin on a floured floor, and juz generally surrounded by mounds n mounds of flour, combine d ingredients in a greased 5 5/8" by 16 3/8" pan, then pour d mixture carefully into an ungreased 4 3/8" by 18 7/8" pan and heat it until a 1 3/8" blister forms when u stick ure hand into it.
Now place ure meat units on d grill. They shud juz burst into flames immediately. Let them burn until they're cooked d way u like them:
-RARE (5-10 min): D outside is burnt n welded to d grill;d inside is pink and swirling with cow n pig disease germs.
-MEDIUM (5-10 min) : D outside n part of d inside are burnt;many of d disease germs, partucularly d elderly n pregnant ones, are dyin slow, painful deaths.
-WELL DONE(5-10 min): Both d outside n d inside are completely burnt; almost all d disease n germs are dead, n d few remainin ones are makin elaborate plans for revenge.
When ure meat is done, extinguish it with d bbq sauce or charcoal lighter, detach it from d grill with a spatula or sharp chisel, n serve it with sth dat ppl can eat, such as Fritos or turkey sandwiches. U shud eat quickly, bcoz d insects will monitor u from a safe distance n attack d instance d smoke clears. "

Primary skul reunion!!!

Hahaha...had a std 6 reunion today in one u..it was soo nice meetin my teacher and a few old frens again.. =)

We went to dat hong kong restaurant in one u, where i ordered their ice lemon green tea..and when it came, it was poured into those type of big transparent heavy glass jars where u get from purchasing horlicks or sth.And it was full of sugar.Sugar and lemon and green tea = sweet + sour + bitter...*shivers* the sight of the drink itself made me full adi hahaha..but it was worth the money lah i guess, such a big 'cup' for 5.50.

Was so nice meetin some frens again..like soo leng =) Since u goin Inti girl, im sure we'll be meetin each other quite often =) haha..i used to think that my teacher was sooooo tall..but today...shes actually shorter a bit than me liao!!! hahaha..i was soo short in std 6 man hahaha =)

In memory of Pn. Tan

Pn Tan passed away today...:( but I noe dat she's now in Heaven, freed from all d sufferins she had to undergo in d last few months. May God bless a good soul like her, and may she rest in peace. Amen.

Friggin Stingy Taylors Scholarship.

I feel so cheated. When i first heard that i scored 11A1s for my spm and a B3 for chinese, i was elated.Ecstatic. I never expected gettin A1s for my bm and i knew i screwed up my bio. So i was soo happy.

I went to chs. And Pn. Lim announced the results. starting from 14As, then 13As, then 12As.by that time, me, with only 11as, felt rather out of place. Coz everyone around me was scoring straight As. I didnt. But it was so great, seeing everyone smiling all around =) Congrats for those who scored real well =) Hard work paid off in d end.

Then Lim yk went around, sayin those with 12As and above, all with straight As, go to tapak and take photo. Well. Im not qualified again. But wat kept me happy was the tot that i got 11A1s. I qualify for the Taylors full scholarship. 21k. 21k for uni.And that was wat i wanted. Wat i was aiming for. I dun want a car for my results. I want the full scholarship. So i was happy. went mv and watched a really lovely movie robots and d day was lovely.

Next morn.Go skul. Then natalie comes to skul and tells us that for 1119, the A1 is NOT included. So. No full scholarship. I chose not to believe her. But i cud feel my heart sink. I went to CAL office to get the form. They asked me my results before givin me d form. I sed 11A1s, 1b3. so they gave me d form. then d indian fellar, he asked me whether my 11A1s included 1119 or not.i went..er..yea... then he like damn hapy lidet..say oh...1119 is NOT included, its all stated in d terms and conditions, go home and read it. His words were like slashes across my heart. Across my hopes. Shit. I was friggin mad. For the whole day..the truth slowly sank in. I cudnt pay attn to the lessons. i was very mad. And disappointed. It was like. For the past 2 yrs, i worked realy darmn hard, and well, the results were good at d end, but it din qualify for anything. It wasnt recognized.

I tot of transferrin to help. where 10A1s, without 1119, qualifies me for d full scholarship. For the whole day, i was thinkin bout it. Today i went to d mv edu fair. Met a real nice lady from help. A levels admin lah. told her my situation..and she gave me her honest opinion. which is really nice of her seeing dat she works for help.=) so...to hell with taylors for conning ppl bout d darn scholarship lar...i'll stay in taylors. Coz of d cambridge A. coz of my chem and maths and bio teacher. Esp chem. i like my chem teacher.And my classmates. And jia Xin. and harold and co. So FINE LAR TAYLORS even tho ur so connin ppl bout their money and being so darn unfair to ppl like me. ppl who took the core subjects. Only core subjects. and will never get to qualify for d friggin scholarship coz i didnt take SAINS TERAS for art classes dammit. Heh.

So yea. Will stay in taylors. And for my spm results...i dun see it as a big deal. I'll go and try JPA. see whether its recognized.

spm results comin out tmr =( no point delaying it anymore...just face whatever results i'll get. I know ive put in my best, studied like hell and screwed up a few papers unfortunately...but heck...i want the Taylor's full scholarship. I. Want. It. And well, to think bout all the stress in the past two years...just to obtain an A1 in d end...in ONE exam..makes u think whether its juz worth it. And if u dun get the A1, the distinction, the letter and d number that distinguishes u as an TERBILANG student..as d gal who got 17A1s. My gawd. 17. thats insane. I salute her. And i am also considerin her a freak. By sleepin 4 hours everyday. If i do that i'll die. Haha...diff ppl, diff lifestyles.

goin to chs tmr at 9sth...bleh...i hope d results wont be bad =( coz i want d scholarship. Very badly. oh well..alll da best ppl..swt drmz.

Another weekend almost gone...hehe...malls havin sales again =) yay:P This weekend ive managed to read up a bit on chem, a bit on bio, and finished Nick Hornby's How To Be Good, a rather funny and thought-provoking novel =), and started on Michael Moore's Stupid White Men =) hehe. Realize that my reading pace has slowed down so much..used to be able to finish reading a book in one week durin normal skulin days..but now...it takes me like...very long to finish a book...=P Insane skulin hours =P afta comin home u juz feel like sleeping =)

Haha..tmr bio group presentation..and we still havent done anything yet =P tmr morn i'll have to rush to d photostatin shop and photostate d pics onto transparency =) oh...HAPPY BIRTHDAY Zhou Hau:) u must feel so honoured that im mentionin ure name and ure birthday on my blog..hehe :P

FINALLY fin darn LAN essay =)

Ahahaha..finally finished the darn LAN essay...skipped lunch for tuna puff and skipped LAN lesson in d process...but finally fin d darn essay!!! =) quite long too...complete with bibliography and appendix and content page and all =) Have to do a group presentation on semiconservative replication of DNA on monday, the theory, mechanism, and erm..role. Prob will cook up something during d weekend =)

Thanks again js 4 comin over..its good meeting u again...And ppl...confirmed liao SPM results coming out next thurs...*shudders...bah...hope i can get the scholarship offered by Taylors...gonna need like wat...11A1s..which is quite impossible, coz i screwed up my bio and sej and who noes wat else durin spm...

Fire drill today!!! but sheesh...my class didnt get to go down to assemble..coz stopped by our maths teacher. The fire drill was actually for d old block ( d labs n all) but hell, everyone else went down anyway....except for a few classes who had to stay in class and continue STUDYIN..bah =P For the new block d fire drill tmr...but tmr I predict my class will b at d phy lab..so no fire drill for my class again =P So when there's actual fire one day, we'll all die =P

Finally caught up a bit in studies..but still lagging...still have to study summore. And I'm finally taking the BUS...which in fact i wanted to since Jan but my dad sed wanna send me so not my fault lah =P haha...takin d bus is anyway much more convenient..for everyone...so parents dun have to come so far to fetch me.

I feel that im in another 5S1, just that this one is WAY MORE EXTREME....with ppl stayin back afta skul everyday go library and study till 6 plus....every exam get 90 plus 90 plus for every subject...hahaha...i feel dumb in this class of mine =) On the bright side i guess it motivates me to study i guesss..so dat i dun fall too far behind, if im not already behind =P

Crap. I have no idea why am i in such a shitty mood right now...thinking bout the pile of workload waiting for me...and that 11 phy structure questions which i'm goin to crack my skull thinkin bout how to do it...drat it. Can someone explain to me under what circumstances does the electrons get into excited state? coz i seriously dun get that part...why and when does it go into excited state. bah. crappy mood...And i think the chinese tea's working its spell...feeling extremely awake..so cant go bed and end this day. :( sighh...i am SO laggin behind in my studies...shit.

After 2plus hours of readin up the darn bondings in chem..and looking at the questions...and realizing that i still dunno how to do...man i cant help but feel down. =( Same thing goes for the maths homework i have. And the bio test in a week's time. Rrgh. I see the pile of work slowly stacking up. And I can't seem to get down to finish it at one go.

Ah well...must...get...down...to...study. =(

Spent 2 hours afta skul today to find more info bout this topic...Before dat, went to ask Mr. Lim whether do we have to link it with some other 'theory'...and he sed link with "jean-paul sartre's theory, where he says every human being has a right to do watever he wants" So great, I then googled this guy...and turns out that he has a LOT of theories.Theories of education...etc etc...and after much searching...I finally found one verse he said :

Bio practical today! Was staining the root of the onion to investigate d mitosis or sth...using the aseton acid...stinks man d aseton acid...=P Hahahaha..whenever bio practical my bio teacher sure get headache at the end of 2 hours one=P dunno y...prob we all too noty adi hehe=P

Chem test...barely finished it in time...able to do all the questions but turns out some answers diff from other ppl...hahaha...hope i dun fail or sth =P Thank goodness no more tests for the week =) Juz tons of hw today...okies..will go do hw. =)

Lovin' my life.

Chem test tmr!!! but its only till mass spectro..thank goodness=) Binomial is turnin out to be a headache..all the tediousness and all...i dread polynomial =P Did chem practical again...Another titration...i think i'm an expert in dat adi, been doing dat for like..5 weeks non stop...thankfully no more titrations after THIS experiment =) Haha...life is so so so sweet. And so enjoyable. I love it. =)

Happy Vday everyone....Another Feb 14th come and gone...when i look at all those big extravagant bouquet of flowers d guys are giving gals, i wonder, what makes this day so special? what makes valentines day a special day for couples?And does love have to be shown affectionately only on a particular day of d whole year? what about d rest of d yr? =P haha..love...one word dat means so much... something dats meant to be pure and simple, but so oftenly turns out otherwise. If love is true, then why are there so many heartbreaks happening around d world everyday? Or was it all infatuation?And what exactly IS infatuation? haha...thoughts from another 17 yr old who hasnt ventured out into d real world =P

Back to skul!!! So darn sluggish man....usually at ten in d morn i'll be having breakfast...today having LUNCH at ten pulak..darn insane lunch breaks. My class timetable super weird one...lunch breaks : 10,10, 11, 11, 10...and fri i end at 3 where everyone else ends at one!! the unfairness of it all...i cant get to go to sunway pyramid. hmmph. Had chem practical today...played around with KMn04...super dark purple stuff haha...and my lab coat was white...and i was so careful hehe..din get a stain at all on my perfectly white lab coat =P well...TILL the washing up part dat is...kena jia xin's burette while she was washing it...oh well..now i have a purple stain near d pocket there...since i adi have a stain, haha...see whether can get a nice blue one=P call me insane. hahahaha.=)
